Dustin Kim
Chief Executive Officer
Dustin Kim is the senior executive at Tobesoft and Nexaweb. Since being named Chief Executive Officer at Tobesoft in 2000, Dustin has been instrumental in building the company into a publicly traded, global company. Before establishing Tobesoft, he had been the CEO of Taedong C&C. Prior to Taedong, Dustin worked in the areas of industry analysis & marketing planning at Cheil Communicaitons (Samsung Group’s Affiliate) and Hana Bank. He completed the Doctoral Course in Marketing at KAIST, and he received M. S. and B.S. in Business Administration & MIS from Seoul National University.
Tony Merlino
Chief Operating Officer
Tony is responsible for setting and driving the overall direction of Nexaweb, with a particular focus on the Enterprise Business Group of the company consisting of Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Services and Support. He brings over 13 years of experience growing and leading businesses and most recently built the sales organization at Datadog. Prior to Datadog, Tony grew the Inside Sales team from 5 to over 30 people at Applause. Tony has also held positions at Informatica Cloud and CareerBuilder, among others. Tony holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University.
Jinha Hwang
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Jinha is a trusted business advisor and finance professional with experience in large publicly traded companies as well as small startup organizations. Prior to joining Nexaweb, he founded True Biz Partner, a Business Consultancy for small businesses and he was a Controller at Naito, in charge of finance, accounting, HR, IT, and online marketing team. Previously he spent nine years as a Finance Manager at Proctor and Gamble, where he had experience across multiple business functions and various projects. Jinha earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Seoul National University.
Colin Chalmers
Head of Europe Office
Colin is an experienced, versatile and well trained IT Consultant Architect, Agile coach, Enterprise Architect and Software Engineer. Colin is responsible for the alignment of business and technology goals based on architecture standardization and simplification. Colin has helped organizations reduce waste, improve operational excellence and innovation. Colin has been instrumental in helping several large corporates take their first Agile steps.
